Our Founder, David Thoma, leverages his corporate experience of 22+ years as an operations executive serving in the healthcare, aerospace, and general industrial sectors with Fortune 100 and startup companies to deliver demonstrable results for OEMs operating in highly regulated environments. Internationally adept; he has managed initiatives in Asia, Central America, North America, Europe, and the Middle East for domestic and foreign clients.
Results are achieved by linking strategic planning and subject matter experts for operations excellence thorough both direct leadership and the mentoring of high potential employees. This has resulted in noteworthy successes in complex supply chain management to include joint venture agreements, multi-site operations, business integration, and global distribution partnerships.

SCM Managing Director, Jeffery McDaniels, is an APICS Fellow and Master Instructor having 35+ years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics and the U.S. military.
